Record of Right (ROR 1B) is a document that contains the ownership details of the property/land. ROR is considered one of the most important land-related documents. This vital document is maintained separately for every village in the office of the Tahsildar. ROR contains details such as Khata number, survey number, the name of the Khatadar, his father’s name, extent held by Khatadar, the classification of land and land revenue details.

Procedure for Applying for ROR 1B

The procedure for applying ROR 1B is very simple. It can be applied at the nearest Meeseva centre with an application RRO 1B (The service charge for which is Rs.25).

You can also check Record of Right (ROR 1B) online through the CCLA website by following the steps below:

Step 1:

Log on to the “CCLA” website.

Step 2:

Click on “Know Your Land Status” on the home page and then click on “Pahani & ROR-1B”.

Step 3:

Enter credential Select district, division, mandal and village from the dropdown list. Now, search details by using three options- Khata No./Survey No., Or Buyer Name/Seller Name or Mutation Date. After selecting the relevant no, click on the “Get Details” tab.
